Abstract

in the implementation of construction projects, actual schedule on the ground which can cause overruns in implementation time and costs, making the project difficult to implement. Causes of delays are changes in project situations, project changes, weather conditions, shortages of manpower, materials or equipment, planning errors or technical data.

Therefore, delays in the implementation of construction projects can be overcome encouraging implementation to achieve goals and plans, one of the acceleration methods available in this way is the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) method and the manual method, overtime is around 1 hour and 2 hours. extra hours added. From the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained for the TCTO method with 1 hour overtime cost reduction of Rp. 259,429,883.74, 2 hour overtime cost reduction of Rp. 237,188,141.75, while the 1 hour manual method reduces costs of Rp. .83,265,953.67, 2 hours overtime cost reduction of Rp.123,410,163.47 from the normal project costs of Rp.15,000,000,000, with a reduction of 1 hour overtime by 10 days, and while 2 hours overtime is 23 days from normal time 150 calendar days.
