ANALISIS PEMILIHAN MODA TRANSPORTASI UNTUK PERJALANAN STUDI (STUDI KASUS: SMA N 1 TAMBUN SELATAN, SMA N 2 TAMBUN SELATAN, SMA N 3 TAMBUN SELATAN, SMA N 4 TAMBUN SELATAN)
Abstract
Transportation is a crucial part of daily life, especially for high school students who must travel from home to school and vice versa. Choosing the right mode of transportation can impact time and cost efficiency, as well as student comfort and safety during the journey. In the Bekasi area, particularly South Tambun, high school students have a variety of transportation options, ranging from private vehicles like motorcycles and cars, to public transportation like public transportation (angkot), buses, and trains, to online transportation services. The analysis results show that the majority of students choose faster and more economical modes of transportation, such as motorbikes and online motorcycle taxis. However, there are significant differences in the choice of transportation modes between students from different schools. This study can be used as a reference for developing more effective and efficient school transportation policies, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of sustainable transportation among students.
