Every submitted article will be assessed in 4 steps:

- Relevance Check: Editorial team examines the manuscript’s relevance to the journal’s scope and focus.
- Plagiarism Check: Editorial team conducts an initial plagiarism check.

Blind Peer Review
- Substance Evaluation: Manuscript is evaluated by external reviewers based on the review guidelines/form.
- Reviewer Decision: Reviewers decide whether to accept, reject, or request revisions.

Revisions (if needed)
- Author Revisions: Authors revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments.

Final Plagiarism Check
- Plagiarism Check: Editorial team conducts a final plagiarism check before publication.
