This study explores the strategic position of Muslims in building religious pluralism both concepts and actions, which in the end discourse on religious pluralism not only pours sweet words, but can be implemented in an effort to create harmony in religious life in Indonesia. The study of cultural rights is not only aimed at upholding human rights based on culture, but its output provides input to the government in formulating a policy agenda in overcoming issues of religious conflict, injustice and discrimination in Indonesia.
