Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Transformational Leadership, Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning berpengaruh terhadap Performance Organization. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di 2 perusahaan pengiriman cargo melalui udara di kota Tangerang. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di 2 perusahaan pengiriman cargo melalui udara yang berjumlah 130 respoden, sample pre test 30 responden dan post test 100 responden. Alat yang digunakan dalam mengolah data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Smart PLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ni menunjukan bahwa Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Learning, Knowledge Management dan Performance Organization, Knowledge Management memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Performance Organization, , Organizational Learning memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Performance Organization.
