PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA SDM PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI BANGUNAN GEDUNG

Proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung memiliki kompleksitas tinggi yang sering memicu permasalahan kinerja, seperti keterlambatan, penurunan kualitas, dan rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja. Kondisi ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan proyek tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga pada efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS berbasis data kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan kompetensi sebagai faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja tenaga kerja konstruksi memerlukan pengelolaan SDM yang terintegrasi melalui penguatan kompetensi, peningkatan motivasi, dan penerapan disiplin kerja secara konsisten.
