Manuscript Types

All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Word counts exclude abstract, references and appendices unless stated. We accept types of original research articles, conceptual or theoretical papers, and review articles.

Original Research Articles

Research articles are empirical manuscripts that present novel primary research. These papers include data collection, methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods), and results and discussions. They shall offer new insights that expand the existing knowledge base.

Conceptual or Theoretical Papers

This kind of papers are non-empirical manuscripts focusing on developing, expanding, or challenging existing frameworks, models, or paradigms. Instead of analyzing primary data, these papers rely on literature synthesis, philosophical analysis, and logical reasoning to propose new perspectives, methodologies, or theories.

Review Articles

These are comprehensive/critical evaluations of existing literature on a specific topic. Rather than introducing new data, these manuscripts synthesize, organize, and evaluate existing research trends, identify significant knowledge gaps, and offer clear directions for future study (e.g., systematic reviews, meta-analyses, or narrative reviews).

All of these types will be published under the same type, that is ‘Article’.

For all article types, the manuscript shall contain:

  • Abstract of 100-200 words.
  • Keywords of at least 3, but no more than 5.
  • 4,000-7,000 words including bibliography.
  • Title, author(s), abstract, introduction, discussion (broken down to any necessarily sections), conclusions, and bibliography.
