Articles Processing Charge

There is no charge for submission, screening or peer review. If a manuscript is accepted, authors are asked to pay an article publication charge (APC) of Rp 300,000 per article. The charge helps to cover copyediting, language editing, layout, DOI registration, similarity checking, hosting, archiving and indexing costs. The fee has no influence on decisions. Editors and reviewers do not see payment status until a decision is final, and the fee is requested only after the acceptance notice is sent. There are no other charges: no page, colour-figure or reprint fees, and no fee for readers.

Payment

• An invoice is issued by the editorial office after acceptance. Publication is scheduled after payment is received.
• Payment is made only to bank transfer. Please confirm the editor for the instruction.
• A receipt is provided on request.

Waivers and refunds

• Foreign authors are offered full waivers. Therefore, no APC will apply to authors affiliated with non-Indonesian institutions.
• In some cases, fee waivers or reductions can be requested before acceptance by authors who lack funding, for example students and researchers from low-income settings. Requests are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and are confidential.
• If an article is withdrawn after payment but before publication, the fee is refunded.
• If the journal retracts an article for editorial error, the fee will not be refunded.
