Electronic Filing (Archiving)

The journal makes sure every published article remains accessible and citable for the long term.

  • Primary archive. All issues are hosted on the OJS platform at the journal's website and remain accessible without registration.
  • DOIs and metadata. Every article has a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and its metadata is deposited at publication. DOIs are kept up to date so they continue to resolve if the journal's address or platform changes.
  • Preservation network. Full text and metadata are preserved in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS
  • Secondary deposit. Published versions may also be deposited in Zenodo and in the National Library of Indonesia's electronic deposit, as required by national deposit regulations.
  • The publisher keeps scheduled backups of the OJS database and the files directory at an offline storage.
  • File formats. Articles are archived as PDF.
  • Author self-archiving. Authors may deposit the published version in institutional or subject repositories immediately upon publication, with a link to the article's DOI.
  • If the journal ceases publication. The archive copies listed above stay accessible, and the journal will update Crossref DOIs to point to a persistent archive copy.
