KUALITAS USIA PERKAWINAN DALAM PERUBAHAN SOSIAL (Kajian Tafsir Al-Misbah QS. An-Nisa’ Ayat 5 dan 6)

Abstract

This study foccuses on issues: 1) How examine the thought of Quraish Shihab in Surah An-Nisa’ Verses 5 and 6 related to quality age of marriage? 2) How the implementation the thought of Quraish Shihab in Surah An-Nisa’ Verses 5 and 6 in Indonesia? 3) How the quality age of marriage consderationed with multidispliner approach? This research is library research with data collection method through literature study method. in the form of written works of M. Quraish Shihab and other relevant literature books.The results of this study indicate that nash Al-Qur’an doesn’t determine a minimum limit age of marriage. In tafsir Al-Misbah, Quraish Shihab thought the exegesis of baligh and adult not only seen by physical changes but also the mature person has able to manage their own property an mature in consideration or intelligence. According to the theory the Implementation of baligh cencept in Indonesia is best way. Until the limitation of marriage age has been arranged in regulation of marriage and Law Islamic Compilation, however the implementation valued uneffective for now. The quality age of marriage imitated health and psychology knowledge are when a man has reach 25 years old and women has reach 20 years old. While they has reputed mature in pyshical and way of thinking.
