NILAI-NILAI QUR’ANIC PARENTING (KajianTafsir Al Misbah Surah Luqman Ayat 12-19)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the thoughts of Quraish Shihab related to Qur'anic Parenting Values ​​(Study of Tafsir Al Misbah Surah Luqman verses 12-19) with the formulation of the problem proposed: "How is the Concept of Qur'anic Parenting in Tafsir Al Misbah Surah Luqman Verses 12-19 and How the Uniqueness of Qur'anic Parenting in Tafsir Al Misbah Surah Luqman verses 12-19. The results of this study indicate that there are three concepts of Qur'anic Parenting in Tafsir Al Misbah Surah Luqman verses 12-19, they are as follows: 1). Tawhid, 2). Sharia and Morals. The implementation of the Qur'anic Parenting is consist of teaching Tawhid in the following ways: a)Resiting azan in the right ear and Iqamah in the left when the baby is born, bringing children closer to stories that unite Allah, inviting children to reflect on Allah's creation and all the wisdom behind it. .b). Planting Shari'ah (Worship), by becoming an example in worship such as prayer, being patient and enjoin good and forbidding evil, introducing prayer to children, rewarding for good deeds that children do and educating sanctions for bad deeds, instilling attitude is not easy to complain and not easily discouraged to children. c) Cultivating Morals, by means of being gentle in speech, staying away from high-pitched speech especially harsh words, being light-handed in carrying out parental orders, getting used to help
