Abstract

Supervisi klinis adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam proses formal dari dukungan profesional dan proses belajar, yang mana dapat membuat perawat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi, menerima tanggungjawab dalam pelaksanaan praktik dan melindungi keselamatan pasien dalam situasi klinis yang kompleks.
Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic review dengan menelusuri jurnal di science direct, pubmed dan ebscokemudian dilakukan ekstraksi untuk memisahkan data sesuai dengan kriteria dan dilakukan penilaian kritis.
Supervisi klinis terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi perawat dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan, empati, responsivitas perawat dan tanggungjawab perawat.
Supervisi klinis dapat menstimulasi dengan efektif pengetahuan baru, inisiasi langkah baru (inovasi) dan relationship (hubungan) yang harmonis dalam bekerja dan supervisi klinis sangat efektif dalam hal meningkatkan kompetensi perawat pelaksana.
Supervisi klinis yang lebih spesifik dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas performance perawat.
