Organizational Justice dan Job Characteristic : Dampaknya Terhadap Employee Performance PT. Hasta Media Transdata Wonosobo Melalui Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara organizational justice (OJ), job characteristics (JC), dan work engagement (WE) terhadap employee performance (EP) di PT. Hasta Media Transdata Wonosobo. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 karyawan. Metode bootstrapping digunakan untuk menghitung nilai t dan nilai beta guna membenarkan jalur dan koefisien regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima hipotesis langsung dan dua hipotesis tidak langsung didukung, dengan WE memediasi hubungan antara OJ dan JC dengan EP. Validitas diskriminan dan konsistensi internal data memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan, dengan nilai Adjusted R-square menunjukkan bahwa konstruk mempengaruhi perubahan sebesar 58,5%
