Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article should be original, research-based, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The article should be typed in MS Document format, Font 12 Garamond, 1.5 Line Spacing on A4-paper size, and 8 to 40 pages or about 3200-11.000 words.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The article should be written in English.
  • The title of the article is written not more than 15 words.
  • All submission must include 100 - 250 words abstract and 3-5 keywords. The abstract of the research paper should contain the purposes, methodology, and findings of the study
  • Full name(s) of the author(s) must be stated, along with his/her/their institution and email address.
  • All references must follow the APA style as far as possible.

Author Guidelines

Submissions are always welcome; there is no deadline. Authors should follow these guidelines in preparing articles for submissions:

      1. CLLIENT Journal does not accept previously published articles (print or online).                                                                          
Paper Selection Process
1. On receiving the paper, we will send a notification to the author immediately.
2. The process of peer review may take 2-3 weeks.
3. We will send an acceptance letter via e-mail to the author, indicating the acceptance or not and the date of publication.
4. Authors should use the template provided by us and meet the formatting requirements outlined in the author guidelines

It is the responsibility of the author to obtain permission for the use of any copyrighted material, including images, sound, and video files. It is preferable to place images directly in the text but, when permission is unobtainable, it is acceptable to include a link to the image directly in the text. An acknowledgment will be sent indicating that the paper has been received.
