PERANCANGAN SISTEM DETEKSI JUMLAH ORANG DI RUANGAN DENGAN ARSITEKTUR YOLO v8 PADA LINGKUNGAN RUMAH SAKIT

Ruang tunggu rumah sakit sering mengalami kepadatan yang sulit dipantau secara manual, terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem deteksi jumlah orang berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu memantau jumlah orang di area ruang tunggu secara real-time dan memberikan notifikasi otomatis jika jumlah pengunjung melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan model deteksi objek YOLOv8 yang diimplementasikan pada VPS (Virtual Private Server) dan diakses melalui antarmuka web berbasis HTML serta Flask sebagai backend. Kamera pengawas digunakan sebagai input visual untuk mendeteksi objek manusia, dan hasil deteksi divisualisasikan langsung melalui halaman pemantauan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box dengan berbagai skenario kondisi nyata, seperti ruang kosong, jumlah pengunjung normal, hingga melebihi kapasitas. Selain itu, evaluasi penerimaan pengguna dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner skala Likert, yang menghasilkan total skor 284 dari nilai maksimal 300 atau setara 94%, termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Dengan sistem ini, petugas keamanan dapat memperoleh informasi jumlah pengunjung secara cepat dan efisien, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengaturan kepadatan ruang tunggu.
