This study aims to develop the ArabEasy interactive mobile application as a medium for learning Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) for seventh-grade MTs students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE research model, which includes the stage of analysis, design, development, implementation, and limited evaluation. The research subjects were 15 students of seventh-grade MTs and one Arabic language teacher. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, media and material expert validation questionnaires, as well as teacher and students’ response questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with a Likert scale. The results show that (1) the development process resulted in an interactive mobile application that integrates vocabulary materials with images, pronunciation audio, example sentences, and interactive quizzes based on the ADDIE development stages and (2) the ArabEasy application was rated as very feasible by media and material expert, and received very positive responses from the teacher and positive responses from the students.
