Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perempuan terinfeksi HIV gampang terkena HPV. Salah satu kelainan yang dilaporkan diidentifikasi berhubungan dengan HPV adalah ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance).


Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) pada perempuan terinfeksi HIV.


Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik, cross sectional 32 perempuan yang terinfeksi HIV antara bulan Desember 2019-Maret 2020 yang berumur 26-51 tahun. Pemeriksaan ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) dengan menggunakan pemeriksaan papanicolou smear.


Hasil: Selama periode penelitian (Desember 2019-Maret 2020) didapatkan total respoden sebanyak 32 orang, ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) terdeteksi 3,13%.


Kesimpulan: sebanyak 3,13% responden terdeteksi ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance)
