PENGARUH VIDEO VIRTUAL TOUR INSTALASI BEDAH SENTRAL (IBS) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN ANESTESIOLOGI UNIVERSITAS ‘AISYIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Purpose: The study aims to find out whether there is an effect of providing a virtual tour video of the Central Surgery Room on the learning motivation of Anesthesiology Nursing students at Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta.

Methods: The research used an experimental type of study with a one-group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were the 3^rd-semester Diploma IV students of the Anesthesiology Nursing program. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling totaling 64 respondents. The instrument was a learning motivation questionnaire. Data analysis was done using the Wilcoxon test.

Results: Before being given the virtual tour video, most respondents were at a moderate level of motivation with a mean of 54.41 and after being given the treatment, the majority of respondents were at a high level of motivation with a mean of 69.90. The Wilcoxon test results showed a p-value of 0.000, so the p-value was <0.05.

Conclusion: There is an effect of the virtual tour video of the Central Surgery Room on the learning motivation of Anesthesiology Nursing students at Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta.

GAMBARAN MASSAGE BAYI SEHAT DAN TUMBUH KEMBANG PADA BAYI

Baby massage is a massage carried out by touching and gently stroking or called tactile stimulation which is carried out on the surface of the skin, manipulating the tissues or organs of the body with the aim of producing an effect on the nerves, muscles and respiratory system as well as improving blood circulation in the baby. This research aims to find out why doing baby massage is very important for the baby's growth and development. This research also aims to motivate mothers who are still afraid to massage their babies themselves at home. Baby massage can express the love between parents and their children through skin touch which has a tremendous impact. This research uses the Pre-Experimental Design method, which is research with a serious experiment because there are still variables that are influenced by the formation of the dependent variable. The results of this research are that there is an influence of baby massage and baby growth and development at the Sejahtera clinic. Based on research conducted, there is an influence between baby massage and baby growth and development. The growth and development of babies is greatly influenced by several factors, including family income and a history of exclusive breastfeeding, where there is a tendency for mothers to have high incomes and breastfeed exclusively, which will tend to have good baby growth and development.

Lactation massage is massage performed on several parts of the body, namely the head, neck, shoulders, back, and breasts. Lactation massage can be done when the breasts are swollen or not smooth, and the mother wants to relax. The aim of this case study is to provide midwifery care to postpartum women by performing lactation massage. The midwifery care method used is in the form of a case study of postpartum mothers who experience problems in expressing milk by doing lactation massage and using the SOAP method as documentation. The results obtained by the lactation massage were successful in producing breast milk smoothly and in large quantities. The conclusion of lactation massage is that there is an effect of lactation massage on the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers who experience problems with insufficient breastfeeding and minimize complications during the puerperium.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of disaster preparedness counseling on the level of earthquake disaster preparedness in students of SMP Muhammadiyah Sanden Yogyakarta.

Methods: This type of research is a pre-experimental research with a one group pre-test-post-test design. The design of one group pretest-posttest involves one pre-selected group. In this design, testing is carried out twice, namely before the treatment called pre-test, and after the treatment called post-test.

Results: Based on the results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test based on p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.000 which is less than the critical limit of the study of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence before and after disaster preparedness counseling on the level of earthquake disaster preparedness in students of SMP Muhammadiyah Sanden Yogyakarta

Conclusion: Based on data analysis, it can be seen that there is an influence of disaster preparedness counseling on the level of earthquake disaster preparedness in students of SMP Muhammadiyah Sanden Yogyakarta.

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN KODE ETIK PROFESI PENATA ANESTESI DENGAN SIKAP MENJALANKAN PRAKTIK KLINIK DASAR DI RUMAH SAKIT MAHASISWA ANESTESIOLOGI UNIVERSITAS ‘AISYIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Background: A good knowledge of the professional code of ethics of anesthesiologists will help students deal with ethical problems that occur wisely and uphold ethical principles.

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of the professional code of ethics of anesthesiologists with the attitude of anesthesiology students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta in carrying out basic clinical practice in hospitals.

Method: This type of research is quantitative descriptive research using a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique of 58 respondents.

Research Results: The results of the spearman rank test obtained a significance value (p-value) of 0.001 meaning smaller than < 0.05 and a contingency coefficient (r) value of 0.379. The majority of respondents have good knowledge of 53 respondents (75.7%) while respondents who have a good attitude in carrying out basic clinical practices in hospitals are as many as 50 respondents (71.4%).

Conclusion: This study shows that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the professional code of ethics of anesthesiologists and the attitude of carrying out basic clinical practice in the anesthesiology nursing student hospital with a weak relationship and having a positive relationship direction.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECEMASAN DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR PADA MAHASISWA YANG SEDANG MENGERJAKAN SKRIPSI DI UNSIQ

Anxiety can be interpreted as a feeling of fear or worry, which is unclear or vague. When a person experiences an anxiety disorder, it can be seen from his behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and physiological responses. The purpose was finding out the relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in students who are working on their thesis at UNSIQ. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional approach with a population of 29 respondents. This study usesd the chi-square test to examine the relationship between variables. The results showed the characteristics of the respondents were mostly 22 years old (69%), female gender 20 respondents (69%), anxiety level 14 respondents (48.3%), sleep quality 22 respondents (75.9%), chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.030 (α <0.05).

PERAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DALAM MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS

Background: Patient safety is an important issue in maintaining and improving the quality of nursing services. Efforts to improve quality can be made by implementing risk management and patient safety in every health service setting, including at the Community Health Center.

Objective: to determine the relationship between patient safety implementation and the quality of health services at the Public Health Center

Research method: This used a descriptive analytical method with a cross sectional study approach. The total population is 36 nurses in 2 Public Health Center. The sampling technique is total sampling. The research instrument uses an instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability by bivariate analysis using the Spearman test.

Research results: there is a relationship between the implementation of patient safety and the quality of health services at the health center with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Conclusion: Patient safety is an important thing to implement in Community Health Centers to maintain and improve the quality of service in that setting. So it is important for health workers to provide health services in accordance with patient safety standards.

PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DENGAN MOTIVASI DAN NIAT MENJADI ENTREPRENEURS PADA MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN

Entrepreneurship education has an important role in increasing entrepreneurial knowledge. Entrepreneurship education is given to nursing students through the Entrepreneurship Course. It is intended to encourage the spirit of independence for the nursing profession in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between entrepreneurship knowledge with motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs in nursing students. This research is a correlation descriptive study with an observational design (non-experimental). The technique used is stratified random sampling and simple random sampling with a total of 163 student respondents. In addition, there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurship knowledge with motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs in nursing students. Furthermore, the results of this study are expected to be useful for students or nurses in improving the quality of entrepreneurship education in nursing students, especially in fostering motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs for nursing students.

KUALITAS HIDUP ANAK PENDERITA TALASEMIA DI RSUD KRT SETJONEGORO WONOSOBO BERDASARKAN INSTRUMEN PEDIATRIC QUALITY OF LIFE INVENTORY 4.0 GENERIC CORE SCALES (PedsQL)

Purpose: This study aims to describe the quality of life of children with thalassemia based on the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0 Generic Core Scales (PedsQL) instrument

Methods: This research is an analytical descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The sample numbered 23, which was a total sampling of pediatric patients aged 2 to 18 years who were routinely undergoing thalassemia treatment at Wonosobo Regional Hospital. Data was collected using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0 Generic Core Scales (PedsQL) instrument. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and based on the PedsQL instrument scoring with data from children's reports.

Results: Most of the children with thalassemia had a good quality of life with an average score of 88.32, 82.6% and the remainder had a poor quality of life, 17.4% with an average score of 64.67. School function is the quality of life domain with the lowest score and social function with the highest score.

Conclusion: Most children suffering from thalassemia at KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo Regional Hospital have a good quality of life. This condition has the potential to increase children's productivity and happiness.

Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding to babies aged 6 months in Tegal City is still below the target, namely 65.9% of the target of 80%. that most of the people of Tegal City do not know the benefits of breast milk and do not recognize that exclusive breast milk is the best food for babies and one of the natural birth control methods (Lactational Amenorrhea Method or MAL). The type of research is descriptive and the nature of the research is a survey with a saturated sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents. The research results showed that 16 (37.2%) respondents were aged more than 30 years, 14 (32.6%) respondents were aged between 26 - 30 years and 30.2% (13 respondents) were aged less than 25 years. Respondents with primary education levels were 24 (55.8%) respondents, secondary education levels were 32.6% (14 respondents), and higher education levels were 11.6% (5 respondents). There were 21 (48.8%) respondents who did not work, 32.6% (14 respondents) private sector workers, and 18.6% (8 respondents) as workers, traders, civil servants and entrepreneurs. Respondents with knowledge about the benefits of good breast milk were 19 (44.2%) respondents, 18.6% (8 respondents) had enough, and 37.2% (16 respondents) had less. Respondents with knowledge about MAL were in the poor category as many as 21 (48.8%) respondents, 39.5% (17 respondents) enough and 11.6% (5 respondents) good.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EMESIS GRAVIDARUM PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER 1 DI TPMB JAKARTA BARAT

Objective: To determine the factors that influence Emesis Gravidarum in 1st Trimester Pregnant Women at TPMB Semanan, West Jakarta for the period 1 November 2023 - 31 January 2024.

Methodology: This type of research is analytical descriptive and uses a cross sectional research design. Using total sampling, using data namely primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data, namely data that already exists in the TPMB medical record

Results: Statistical test results: obtained p value = 0.709, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between age and the incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st trimester. Obtained a value of p = 0.067, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between education and the incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st trimester. And the p value obtained = 0.643

Conclusion: there is no relationship between work and the incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st trimester. This research shows that there is no relationship between age, education and employment and the incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st trimester at TPMB Semanan, West Jakarta for the period 1 November 2023 - 31 January 2024.
