EFEKTIFITAS PEMANFAATAN WHATSAPP MESSENGER DENGAN KEPATUHAN KUNJUNGAN ULANG AKSEPTOR KB SUNTIK 3 BULAN PADA ERA NEW NORMAL DI KLINIK PRATAMA KASIH BUNDA DELI SERDANG

Purpose: To find out the effectiveness of the use of whatsapp messenger with compliance with the schedule of repeat visits for 3-month injection family planning acceptors in the new normal era. Methods: The research design used a Quasi Experiment with a two group design Pre and Post Test Control Design. Held in September-December 2020 at the Pratama Kasih Bunda Clinic, Deli Serdang. The population is all mothers of 3-month injections in the registration book of the Pratama Kasih Bunda Clinic, namely 56 people. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling in order to obtain a total of 31 people in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. Results: The majority in the experimental group of 3-month injection family planning acceptors had moderate adherence (58.1%) to the schedule for repeat visits and in the control group the majority of 3-month injection family planning acceptors did not adhere (52%) to the 3-month injection family planning visit schedule. Conclusion: Based on the Mann Whiteney test, the results were p = 0.007, meaning that statistically the use of whatsapp messenger was effective for compliance with the 3-month injection family planning acceptor visit schedule in the new normal era.

Circumcision is an invasive procedure that aims to cut the foreskin or preposium area because the action is carried out on their child. Parents feel worried. One of the factors that influences anxiety is knowledge about the method and care of circumcision carried out by children. Objective: To determine the effect of health education about circumcision methods on the level of parents' anxiety in dealing with circumcised children at the Ar-Rahman Wonosobo circumcision clinic. This research uses a quasi-experimental quantitative research design with one group pre-test post-test with a sample of 24 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling. The research was conducted at the Ar Rahman clinic in July 2024. The characteristics analyzed in this study were aged between 31-35 years (62.5%) with female gender (58.3%) with the highest occupation being self-employed at 29.2%, followed by employees (25%) education, the majority of respondents have secondary education (48%) As many as 75% of respondents have no previous experience, before the health education was carried out, respondents who did not experience anxiety were 33.3% after it was carried out, it increased to 62.5%. The results of the paired t test obtained a significance result of 0.008. There are The significant influence of health education on the anxiety level of parents whose children undergo circumcision.

HUBUNGAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MOJOTENGAH

Diarrheal disease is still a global problem with a high degree of morbidity and mortality in various countries and is one of the main causes of high morbidity and mortality in children under the age of 5 in the world. One of the causes is influenced by environmental factors such as clean water facilities, latrines and waste water disposal facilities (SPAL). This study aims to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Working Area of the Mojotengah Health Center. This study used an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 117 respondents and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between clean water recommendations (p value = 0.05), family latrine facilities (p value = 0.02), and waste water sewer facilities (p value = 0.00). with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Working Area of the Mojotengah Public Health Center

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of individual and psychological factors (job satisfaction) performance of medical specialists on income.

Methods This type of research is a quantitative study with a descriptive design. This research was conducted at the General Hospital of the Sultan Sulaiman area, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample used is the whole of the total population of 40 specialist doctors.

Results: The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between age and income of specialist doctors (p = 0.307), there was no relationship between gender and income of specialist doctors (p = 0.766), there was no relationship between work period and income of specialist doctors (p = 0.319), no There is a relationship between employment status and income of specialist doctors (p = 0.454), there is a relationship between Psychological Factors (Job Satisfaction) and income of specialist doctors (p = 0.016).

Conclusion: It is hoped that hospital leaders need socialization or efforts to increase commitment to the organization and doctors' understanding of the vision and mission of the hospital and for specialist doctors to think positively about changes in existing policies, only to improve the quality and achieve the hospital's vision and mission so that they will impact on the welfare of employees and doctors.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is a condition of severe menstrual pain that can interfere with daily activities with various symptoms felt, such as abdominal pain, cramps, back pain, nausea, diarrhea, and so on. Objective: To find out the relationship between physical activity and dysmenorrhea in students of PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Syauqunal Qur'an Building Kalibeber. Methods: The type of research used is quantitative research using analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used was 48 respondents, with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used the spearman rank test. Results: there is a relationship between physical activity and dysmenorrhea in students of PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Syauqunal Qur'an Kalibeber building with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 with a Correlation Coefficient value of -0.574 which means it has a relationship in the strong category. Conclusion: There is a relationship between physical activity and dysmenorrhea in students of PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Syauqunal Qur'an Kalibeber building.

STUDI KASUS: ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY E UMUR 33 TAHUN DI PUSKESMAS GARUNG WONOSOBO

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality (IMR) are still relatively high in Indonesia. One of the government's efforts to overcome this is to use the SOAP method which is carried out in a continuous assessment (COC). The goal is to provide comprehensive midwifery care carried out in a continuity of care manner. The subject of this report is Mrs. E, 33 years old in the Garung Community Health Center area, where the assessment was carried out from March 9 2024 to April 22 2024. The results of the pregnancy assessment carried out 3 times, it was found that Mrs. E has a high risk of anemia. Maternity Care Mrs. E, no problems were found. BBL Care By. Mrs. E didn't experience any problems. The care of postpartum mothers was assessed 3 times at Postpartum Visit 1 (KF 1), there was a problem, namely Postpartum Anemia. Neonate Care By.Ny.E did not find any problems. Family planning (KB) care has no complications. Conclusion of midwifery care given to Mrs. E using the Continuity Of Care method can reduce the risk of complications in the mother. The suggestion from the study that has been carried out is that Midwifery Services continue to be provided to increase early detection and prevent complications

STUDI KASUS: ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY.H UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DI PUSKESMAS GARUNG KABUPATEN WONOSOBO

The Indonesian government continues to strive to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia, which are still relatively high. One of the efforts taken is to improve midwifery care with the SOAP method comprehensively (Continuity of Care). The goal is to provide comprehensive or continuous midwifery care. The subject taken was Mrs. H, 28 years old. Assessment was carried out from March 08 to April 22, 2024. From the results of pregnancy assessment carried out 2 times and found high risk in Mrs. H, namely chronic energy deficiency (CED) and pregnancy with too close a distance. Maternity care found complications, namely retensio placenta. Immediate care of newborns and neonates 4 times there were no complications. Postpartum care was carried out 4 times and there were no complications. Family planning care uses the 1 stem implant method and no complications were found. The conclusion of this assessment is that there is a gap between theory and practice regarding the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation. Suggestions from the assessment that the improvement of midwifery services continues to be carried out to improve early detection and prevention of complications.

HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP KEPATUHAN DIET HIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA DI KELURAHAN KALIBEBER

Background: Hypertension is classified as a silent killer disease where the patient does not know that he has hypertension before checking and examining him. Hypertension, if now no longer handled properly, can purpose complications. Hypertension sufferers need family support in implementing a diet. Objective: to determine the relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village. Method: researches was using quantitative research with analytical descriptive methods with a cross- sectional approach using questionnaires. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling with a population of 93 respondents. The information evaluation method used of the Spearman rank test. Results: There were a relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.657 which means strong. Conclusion: There were a relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village.

HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN KEJADIAN PENINGKATAN TEKANAN DARAH PASIEN PRE OPERASI

Purpose: This study aimed at determining the relationship between sleep quality and the occurrence of increased blood pressure in preoperative patients.

Methods: The research method is the quantitative method with a correlational study approach. The sampling technique used was purposing sampling with a total of 68 respondents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection method was the observational analytic method and the data analysis used the Eta correlation test.

Results: The results of the Eta correlation test to find out the relationship between sleep quality and increased blood pressure showed a p-value of 0.003<0.05 meaning that there was a significant relationship between sleep quality and increased blood pressure. The majority of the respondents had bad sleep quality as many as 36 respondents (52.9%) and most of them who had an increase in blood pressure of 20-50% were 36 respondents (52.9%).

Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between sleep quality and increased blood pressure in preoperative patients. The results of the Eta test showed a p-value of 0.003 indicating a significant relationship between sleep quality and increased blood pressure.

The aim of this research was for the author to be able to implement comprehensive midwifery care according to midwifery service standards for pregnant women, maternity, BBL, neonates, postpartum and family planning with SOAP documentation. The method for taking this case was a descriptive approach and midwifery management using Continuity of Care for Mrs. S aged 36 years at the Watumalang Community Health Centerand KRT Hospital. Setjonegoro Wonosobo start March 14, 2024 - April 27, 2024.During the implementation, 3 pregnancy assessments were carried out and the problem of pregnant women with obesity was found, during delivery the mother experienced problems with rupture of cloudy membranes accompanied by PU (+), in BBL and neonates problems were found asphyxiated birth babies then hypoglycemia and ineffective breastfeeding occurred, in 4 No problems were found during postpartum visits, and the mother chose to use implant birth control. Midwifery care for pregnant women with a high risk of pregnancy ≥35 years accompanied by obesity carried out on Mrs. S, 36 years old, has received treatment and management according to midwifery care standards.

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT TENTANG PATIENT SAFETY DENGAN KEPATUHAN PELAKSANAAN ASSESSMENT RISIKO JATUH RSUD KRT.SETJONEGORO WONOSOBO

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' knowledge of patient safety and compliance with fall risk assessment implementation.

Methods: This study uses a correlational observational method with a cross-sectional design on 41 nurses in the Cempaka and Bougenvile wards through total sampling technique. Data were collected once using a questionnaire, and the relationship between variables was analyzed using the Rank-Spearman test.

Results: The analysis using the Rank Spearman test with the help of SPSS version 30.0 program showed a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.440 and a p-value of 0.002. This indicates a relationship between knowledge of patient safety and compliance in conducting fall risk assessments in the Cempaka and Bougenvile Inpatient Rooms at RSUD KRT. Setjonegoro Wonosobo. The value of the correlation coefficient indicates a moderate or fairly strong relationship with a positive direction.

Conclusion: There was a relationship between knowledge of patient safety and compliance with fall risk assessment implementation at RSUD KRT. Setjonegoro Wonosobo in the Cempaka and Bougenvile Inpatient Wards.
