Pengaruh Leader-member Exchange dan Quality of Work-Life Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Ditengah persaingan bisnis yang tinggi, lembaga keuangan mikro perlu mempertahankan karyawan yang berprestasi untuk tetap bertahan di perusahaan. Oleh karena itu manajemen perlu merumuskan strategi yang mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran leader-member exchange (LMX) dan quality of work-life (QWL) dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga penjualan yang bekerja di lembaga keuangan mikro di Kabupaten Kebumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey, sebanyak 124 karyawan terlibat didalam pengisian kuesioner. Alat analsis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMX dan QWL berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selain itu, LMX dan QWL juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Hasil pengujian efek mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh LMX terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti menjembatani pengaruh QWL terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak manajemen tentang strategi menjaga komitmen organisasi dengan cara membangun hubungan atasan-bawahan serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang berkualitas.
