ANALISIS KERUSAKAN RUAS JALAN KRANGGAN - PRINGSURAT KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG MENGGUNAKAN METODE PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX (PCI) DAN METODE BINA MARGA (BM)

Abstract

Kranggan - Pringsurat road section which is a provincial road and is included in the category of Primary Collector Road, this road connects provincial roads in the Regency Temanggung. This study aims to determine the type of damage, the level of damage and determine how to handle pavement damage on Jalan Kranggan - Pringsurat.

In this research, the method used is Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Bina Marga. 7,500 meter Kranggan - Pringsurat road into segments measuring 6 x 300 m, and using the Bina Marga method where this method is the implementation of a survey conducted visually to assess the condition of the pavement. roads and reviewing the volume of traffic and the damage that occurred in the field.

The results of this study determine the types of damage that occur on the road, namely crocodile skin damage, patches, waves, subsidence, obesity, holes, grain release, side damage, and longitudinal damage. On Jalan Kranggan - Pringsurat with the PCI method obtained an average PCI value of 68.75 including in Good road conditions. Based on the results of the correlation of the values of Bina Marga, the average value of Bina Marga is 8.88.
