Abstract
This study aims to measure the influence of infrastructure which includes the condition of road lanes, stops and other facilities as well as tariffs on customer decisions for BRT users in the city of Semarang. Besides that, the development of an appropriate service model was obtained in the context of developing mass transportation modes in cities. The research method used is the survey method by sampling 100 respondents in 53 BRT shelters spread across Semarang. The analytical approach used is multiple linear logistic models. The model is a general categorical data analysis approach in analyzing qualitative data that is widely used in research. This study yields findings from hypothesis testing which states that there is a significant effect of road lane conditions and filter locations and price perceptions but does not significantly influence the condition of the building, bus conditions and bus equipment to customer decisions, and the factors that influence the customer BRT is a road lane condition. The implication of these findings is the need to improve services by providing more adequate road lanes, more attractive routes and ticket tariffs that are more in line with the level of service provided. A second phase of research is also needed to develop a transportation model that fits the needs of the metropolitan community with the characteristics of individuals who have high mobility.
