Kontekstualisasi Makna Thoyyib dalam Al-Qur’an dan Implementasinya terhadap Kriteria Sertifikasi halal MUI

Abstract

Abstract

The use of “tayyib”  vocabulary in the Qur'an has a meaning that is still very general but a special meaning when collaborating with halal context. The term Tayyib which coexists in the Qur'an has the meaning of everything that is considered good by the physical and the soul or anything that does not contain elements of reprehensible and repulsive nature. This research is conducted with qualitative approach based on literacy Qur'an verses by using interpretation analysis. The finding is that halal certification requirements require Absolute Thoyyib's criteria for a product labeled halal. The size of tayyib in which tafsir gives space criteria of halalness something, other than halal food products must be nutritious high (healthy), safe, proportional (not exaggerated) and also must heed etics (adab) eat and drink in consume it and how to get it. Everything is closely related to each other and can not be separated apart. Through the legality of halal certification of MUI, the criteria of halal make a legal certainty and in harmony with the interpretation of the Qur'anic texts that explain the criteria of halal and haram.

Abstrak

Penggunaan kosakata  tayyib dalam al-Qur'an mempunyai makna yang  masih sangat umum namun bermakna khusus ketika berkolaborasi dengan konteks halal. Term Tayyib yang beriringan di Al-Qur’an mempunyai makna segala sesuatu yang dianggap baik oleh fisik dan jiwa atau segala sesuatu yang tidak mengandung unsur sifat tercela dan menjijikkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Kualitatif berbasis literasi Ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan analisis tafsir (interpretasi). Hasil temuannya adalah persyaratan sertifikasi halal mensyaratkan secara mutlak kriteria Thoyyib untuk sebuah produk yang berlabel halal. Ukuran tayyib dimana secara tafsir memberikan ruang kriteria-kriteria kehalalan sesuatu, selain halal produk makanan harus bergizi tinggi (sehat), aman, proporsional (tidak berlebih-lebihan) dan juga harus mengindahkan adab makan dan minum dalam mengkonsumsinya dan cara memperolehnya. Semuanya berkaitan erat satu sama lain dan tidak bisa dipisah pisahkan. Melalui legalitas sertifikasi halal MUI, kriteria kehalalan menjadikan sebuah kepastian hukum dan selaras dengan penafsiran nash-nash Al-Qur’an yang menjelaskan kriteria halal dan haram.
