Abstrak

This study aims to explore the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in students at the Islamic Boarding School for Men's Students at the Al-Qur'an Science University, Central Java. The theoretical framework and concepts are used as a guide to examine these relationships. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of correlation analysis. A clear operational definition is presented in the form of an operational definition table, and the research instruments are validated and reliably validated to ensure data reliability.

In the frequency distribution analysis, data were collected from various aspects such as gender, age, weight, height, sleep quality, and blood pressure. The frequency distribution table provides an overview of the characteristics of the research sample. In addition, the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure was analyzed using Spearman's crosstabulation table, which provides insight into the significance of the relationship between these variables.

The results of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of the importance of sleep quality to student health, especially related to blood pressure. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing interventions that can improve sleep quality and well-being of students at Islamic boarding schools.
