Peran FOMO, Price Discount, dan Product Quality Terhadap Impulse Buying Makeup Somethinc di Shopee

Abstract

Industri kecantikan di Indonesia berkembang dengan cepat, terutama pada kalangan generasi muda. Pada generasi tersebut, Mereka semakin menyadari pentingnya penampilan dan perawatan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana peran Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), price discount, dan product quality terhadap impulse buying produk makeup Somethinc pada e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari 100 responden dan IBM SPSS versi 25 digunakan untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fear of Missing Out memiliki peran positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying produk makeup Somethinc pada e-commerce Shopee. Price discount juga terdapat peran yang positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying produk makeup Somethinc pada e-commerce Shopee. Selain itu, product quality juga memiliki peran positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying produk makeup Somethinc pada e-commerce Shopee.
