ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN EVALUASI PROGRAM DIKLAT PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT SISTEM MANAJEMEN

Abstract

  

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi, mendeskripsikan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan (DPMSMK), Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif  dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan wawancara, kunjungsn lokasi, mempelajari dokument, dan mempelajari pustaka,(Yumaroh, Wahyu Lestari, 2014).  Penelitian memperorleh data uji validitas item soal dan uji reliabilitas instrumen evaluasi pada prosedur pengujian instrumen evaluasi yang sudah memenuhi  kriteria ciri tes yang baik. Program Diklat yang dinamis membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan evaluasi, namun dengan  inovatif  teknologi  menggunakan  pengembangan instrumen evaluasi program Diklat berbasis online seluruh pertanyaan yang sering muncul pada saat   berakhirnya  program Diklat  dapat dijawab   dan   faktor  penghambat  berubah menjadi faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi program Diklat.
