This research uses a </em><em>descriptive qualitative method to analyze the film of The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart (2023) directed by Glendyn Ivin as the objective research. The data collection methods include watching, reading, identifying, classifying, and selecting. The researcher utilized Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis to analyze the data through steps of displaying, explaining, and interpreting. The method used was classroom action research (CAR) by using qualitative and quantitative approach. The researcher used pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II to find the data. T-test was used to analyze it. Having analyzed the data, the researcher revealed that the student’s understanding in cycle II was higher than pre-cycle and cycle I. There was positive impact in teaching conditional sentence using Matching Game at SMK Takhassus Al-Qur’an Wonosobo. The T-test result was 10.8 and T-table in degree of freedom 33 at the significant 0.05 was 2.034. The hypothesis was accepted because T-test was higher than T-table. The study employs a descriptive-qualitative approach to scrutinize Ricky Staub's Concrete Cowboy (2020) as its primary research objective. The research method's data analysis includes watching, reading, identifying, classifying, simplifying, and selecting. The research method involves displaying, explaining, and interpreting the data. The researcher analyzes the data using Gentrification Studies by Rowland Atkinson. The results of this research have shown that there is a process of elimination of the black urban cowboy community through gentrification with developers entering the Fletcher Street Stables area in Ricky Staub's Concrete Cowboy (2020). The issues that need to be addressed are (1) how racism against Korean-American adoptees is portrayed in the movie, and (2) how society's response to racial differences is shown in Blue Bayou (2021). The purpose of this research study is to assess the film Blue Bayou (2021) through the use of a descriptive qualitative method. The study method's data collection steps include reading and watching, recognizing, categorizing, and choosing. using data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion to analyze the research method's data. Data analysis techniques used by the researcher include exhibiting, explaining, and interpreting. The study's findings were as follows: (1) Racism can take many different forms, such as individual, systemic, and colorism. The method used in this research is qualitative approach. The research reveals the intricate ways in which speech acts contribute to the effectiveness of Redden's communication and engagement with her audience. The object of this study is Livi Redden and the subject of this study is Livi Redden’s utterance. In collecting data, the techniques applied by the researcher are watching video, downloading transcript, picking, categorizing, and phrasing the data. To analyze the data, the researcher uses John R. Searle’s theory of speech act. It is done through some steps as displaying, explaining, and intrepreting. The findings provide insights into the performative aspects of online discourse, highlighting the role of speech acts in shaping viewers' understanding and responses.The result of this research shows that: first, the types of speech acts in the video which spoken by Livi Redden exists in this study. Those are; assertive, expressive, commissive, directive, declarative. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative. The technique of collecting data is reading the novel repeatedly and underlying the necessary lines and quotations in the novella. This method fosters group collaboration among students of varying abilities, enhancing interaction and making vocabulary learning enjoyable. The study aims to investigate the Implementation of this approach in improving elementary students' vocabulary mastery and recommendations for educators in designing effective learning strategies. The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of a cooperative learning method using the Switch Game to enrich vocabulary in English learning at the elementary school level. The study will involve various group activities with students of different abilities, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. Utilizing a quantitative pre-experimental design with pretest and posttest, the sample consists of 12 Student of fifth-grade students at MI GUPPI Sumberwulan,Selomerto. Data will be collected through vocabulary tests conducted before and after the cooperative learning implementation. The teacher's role will be to motivate and provide learning media. Students will participate in the Switch Game within a cooperative environment, making learning enjoyable. It serves as a tool to transfer ideas in written form. In cognitive ability, writing activities fall into the level of creation, which is one of the levels of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). The objective of this research is to determine whether there is an improvement in writing skills and an increase in HOTS among students using Monopoly games. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This study focuses on a pre-experimental design with two groups for pre-test and post-test. Data are collected through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that using Monopoly games significantly enhances writing skills among students. The subjects in this study consist of 42 students from class X AKL 1 and X PPLG 1, who undergo pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The test results are analyzed using the Paired Sample T-test in SPSS 27. The findings reveal that the average score of the pre-test was 52.7, while the post-test score was 77.4. These figures indicate that the post-test score is higher than the pre-test score, suggesting that the use of Monopoly games has a substantial impact on students' writing skills. It can be concluded that the Monopoly Game media can be used to enhance the writing skills of students in English learning for class X students of SMK Andalusia Wonosobo.</em></p>2025-03-03T00:00:00+07:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
