Merancang arsitektur yang inklusif untuk anak-anak dengan gangguan spektrum autisme (ASD) adalah tantangan sekaligus kesempatan bagi desainer untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang peka terhadap kebutuhan sensori, emosional, dan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara prinsip-prinsip arsitektur, teori perilaku lingkungan, dan kebutuhan sensori anak-anak dengan ASD dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur review untuk mengeksplorasi dan mensintesis berbagai temuan penelitian empiris dan konseptual yang berfokus pada elemen desain yang memengaruhi pengalaman spasial anak-anak dengan ASD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur memiliki peran penting dalam mengatur tingkat stimulasi sensori dan membentuk perilaku adaptif anak melalui desain yang terstruktur, tenang, dan mudah diprediksi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual yang menghubungkan aspek spasial dan sensori dengan perilaku adaptif anak-anak dengan ASD. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan prinsip desain arsitektur inklusif yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup dan pengalaman spasial bagi anak-anak dengan ASD.
