ANALISIS KINERJA PENJUALAN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM POS BERBASIS AI

Abstract
Sistem Point of Sale (POS) berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) semakin diadopsi oleh bisnis ritel untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Sistem POS berbasis AI memungkinkan pengumpulan data transaksi secara real-time dengan akurasi tinggi, menganalisis tren penjualan, dan memprediksi kebutuhan inventori berdasarkan data historis dan faktor eksternal. AI dapat mengidentifikasi preferensi pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi produk yang dipersonalisasi, yang meningkatkan pengalaman berbelanja dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dari penerapan POS pada UKM menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan dan efisiensi operasional setelah menerapkan teknologi ini. Terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, risiko keamanan data, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan oleh staf. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur, penerapan protokol keamanan yang lebih kuat, dan program pelatihan berkelanjutan. Dengan mengatasi tantangan ini, pelaku bisnis dapat memaksimalkan manfaat dari sistem POS berbasis AI, meningkatkan kinerja penjualan, dan meraih keunggulan kompetitif di pasar yang semakin digital. Pentingnya integrasi AI dalam POS untuk mendukung keputusan bisnis yang lebih cerdas dan berbasis data.
